My Story

Get to Know Me

Fernando Capacete is a 21-year veteran in the Southern California real estate market. He obtained his license in early 2002 and began his real estate career in Orange County at a time when the market was HOT. Selling more than 30 properties his first year in business, Fernando soon had to expand his work area. In 2005 he moved to Riverside and began serving the Riverside, Orange, San Bernardino and Los Angeles Counties. Fernando is always on the cutting edge of market trends, technology and real estate related matters. He has earned many designations, such as GRI (Graduate REALTOR Institute), CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), Probate and Trust Specialist, CIAS (Certified Investor Agent Specialist) and HAFA Specialist (short sales). He also attends educational seminars and REALTOR functions to stay informed about the market changes. Fernando also enjoys spending time with his wife and children. Some of his favorite activities are going to baseball games, traveling, fishing, dancing, motorcycle riding, cooking and reading. He also makes time to participate in his son’s sports and school activities and has served as member of the School Site Council at Hawthorne Elementary School and Chemawa Middle Schools. A large part of his business comes from referrals and past clients because he takes good care of his clients. He makes long lasting friendships and business relationships. His attention to detail, time management and interpersonal skills make Fernando a great real estate agent to work with.
